Depending on the bag, we use a variety of components for its’ completion. The main materials are:

| 600/denier Toughduck |
A great looking, heavy-weight polyester shell backed with a thick vinyl coating, excellent
for printing, wear-resistance, and water repellency.

| Zippers |
On all bags we use zipper chain heavier than the application calls for so you can overstuff
and not worry about blown zippers. All zipper chain is self-repairing.

| Webbing |
Webbing is the material used to make the handles and shoulder straps for the bags. We
only use heavy-duty webbing rated at a tensile strength of 1,470 lbs.

| Nylon Hardware |
Buckles, snap hooks, and d-rings are all made of heavy-duty nylon. Nylon hardware is
used because it looks sharp and is extremely durable.
